I have over a decade of experience in graphic design, audio & video, and copywriting that supports an unparalleled quality of work.

Learning & Organizational Development Leader

  • Lead key, transformational initiatives and change management strategies for the North American cluster of 188 sites and 15,000 employees

  • Build organizational strategies through data, assessments, and focus groups

  • Oversee all L&D initiatives, projects, and training programs within North America, monitoring & communicating results to top leadership

  • Unify organizational practices between M&As, such as the building and implementation of the standardized CEVA Onboarding Experience
