Course Development
I have a large portfolio of effective, high quality eLearnings and instructional videos produced for both soft and hard skill development. Much of this work is packaged into larger, blended learning programs that include instructor-led elements, pre-work, activities, and communities of practice. ADDIE is my go-to design principle, but I am also fluent in the iterative SAM approach for rapid prototyping.
